Anglerfish
Adaptations

Anglerfish have very many adaptations. The Melanocetus Johnsoni swings the light back and forth like a fishing lure to attract prey. This little light on its head produces light because of light producing bacteria inside the bulb shaped area. Also the anglerfish goes through a chemical process known as bioluminescence. This photo phone can produce a blue - green light similar to a firefly's light on land. A male anglerfish attaches to the female anglerfish to live.
